Clifford Reuben Petersen

Clifford Reuben Petersen, 97, of Centralia, Wash., passed away July 18, 2021, at Centralia Providence Hospital.
He was born March 9, 1924, in Chehalis, Wash., to Martin and Alice (Hendersen) Petersen, and lived in the area most of his life.
Clifford worked in the logging industry. He also picked pinecones and ferns during the holidays. He enjoyed gardening and was a gentle, kind and generous soul. He was spiritual and accepting of others.
He married Lois Campbell in Chehalis. She preceded him in death. Clifford later married Ruth Koenig in Morton, Wash. She survives him at home. Also surviving are a son, Cliff Petersen of Chehalis; two daughters, Norma Petersen Webb and Nancy Petersen Reid, both of New Hazelton, British Columbia, Canada; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held officiated by Bob Hendricksen of Morton.
